Triantaphyllos Ap. Liappis was born in 1978 in Athens and grew up in Karditsa. He graduated from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2003. He specialized in surgery at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Agios Dimitrios" and in January 2013 acquired after successful examination the title of Surgery Specialty.

He has participated in many scientific conferences and advanced courses. He holds a Master's Degree from the School of Medicine, Democritus University of Thrace (2011).

He joined our team from December 2012 and actively participates in all activities. He has great experience in screening asymptomatic women, managing oncology cases and surgical treatment of breast problems.

Odysseus P. Ouroumidis was born in Tbilisi in Georgia in 1977. He graduated from the Medical School of the city of Tver, Russian Federation, in 1999. He specialized in Surgery in 2nd University Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "IPPOKRATEIO" and in September 2013 acquired after successful examination, the title of Surgery Specialty.

He has participated in many scientific conferences and advanced courses as well as in the production, publication and presentation of many scientific papers. From March 2010 is a PhD candidate at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

He has special interest in Breast Surgery and joined our team in July 2014.

He left us premature on 3/2/2018. He will always be with us.

Stavros L. Intzes was born in 1978 in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina in 2004. He specialized in Surgery in the General Hospital of Naoussa, Greece and the "King George Hospital", Barking, Havering and Redbridge University, NHS Trust London, UK. During his service in "King George Hospital" he specialized in Breast Surgery. In 2015 he acquired, after successful examination, the title of Surgery Specialty.

He has been certified in Laparoscopic Surgery from the Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has participated in many postgraduate courses and workshops on the prevention and contemporary treatment of breast disease in the United Kingdom.

He served as Specialist Registrar in East London’s and Essex Breast Center, King George Hospital, from 2010 to 2015.

He has carried out scientific papers on surgical aspects and especially on issues related to diseases of the breast.

He is member of the General Medical Council in England.

He joined our team since November 2015.

Athanasios G. Kokolakis was born in 1985 in Kozani. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Crete in 2009, where he was admitted after pan-Hellenic examinations. He specialized in Surgery at the Prefectural Hospital of Kozani "MAMATSIO" and at the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "PAPAGEORGIOU" (A' University Surgical Clinic). In June 2020 he acquired, after successful examinations, the title of Surgical Specialty.

In 2014 he was declared a Doctor of the University of Crete.

He has participated in many scientific conferences and post-educational courses as well as in international clinical studies. He has served as an undergraduate student instructor of the 1st University Surgical Clinic of the G.N.T. "PAPAGEORGIOU".

He has been part of our medical staff since December 2019. He actively participates in all the activities of our team (breast screening clinic, oncological case management, oncological patient follow up, surgical procedures).

Anastasia G. Ekmektzoglou was born in 1984 in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2014. She specialized in surgery in 2nd Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "G. PAPANIKOLAOU" and in October 2021 acquired, after successful examination, the title of Surgery Specialty.

She holds a Master's Diploma in “Thyroid and parathyroids’ glands surgery”.

She has participated in many scientific conferences.

She joined our team in January 2022. She actively participates in all the activities of our team (breast screening clinic, oncological case management, oncological patient follow up, surgical procedures).
